Wait List Application
Wait list applications is where the magic all starts! Fill out the application leaving most importantly your full name, preferred method of contact and the litter or specific puppy you're interested in. Once this application is approved or denied I will get in touch with you and let you know the next step in proceeding.
Deposit Agreement
Deposit agreement. In a nutshell the deposit agreement states you are making a partially refundable deposit on 25%-15% of the total purchase amount to reserve your puppy. In the case of a failed litter or you do not get the puppy of your choosing you are free to transfer your deposit to another litter or it will be refunded in full. However, if in any other circumstance which I am not the declining party the refund is only 1/3 refundable. After your wait list application is accepted, I will send you this document to fill out. It is no longer available for download but is available for viewing.
Full Registration Application
Full Registration Application for Full AKC Reg Rights. Best for breeding or show homes. APPROVED HOMES ONLY. This document would act as Bill of Sale in the state of Oklahoma. This file is no longer available for download, but it can be viewed by following the link.

If you would like to inquire about possible stud services please email us a photo of your dam, the stud you would like to use, her registered name, photo of her pedigree and DNA health test results and we will get back to you with a downloadable copy of this document to fill out!
A Guardian-Home is a family who acts as a guardian for a dog owned by Coppertone Kennels and a part of the breeding program. After retirement, Guardian-Homes get to take over full ownership and keep their guardian dog free of charge. This document is not available for public download.
